With 29 years of business experience as an executive operator and asset manager, he is responsible for originating and driving a wide range of corporate growth strategies within the Waterfield Group’s operating companies and investments including lower middle market private equity, environmental risk transfer business and special situations. He is head of Corporate Development for Environmental Risk Transfer, LLC having sourced and closed the largest cobalt mine in North America – Missouri Cobalt, LLC. His risk management experience spans environmental, operational, revenue, financial, equity and credit, currency and commodity exposure related to investments across multiple asset classes including real estate. He holds a B.A in Chemistry and Biology from Bowdoin College.
