OUR HISTORY
Action Labor’s Senior Management Team and Branch Managers have over three decades of blue collar staffing experience. Recent partnerships with family owned investment companies specializing in financial services and commercial construction have improved our position in the industry as the top provider of high quality, dependable labor delivered to every job site. Our vision is to lead the temporary labor marketplace and expand with new national accounts and strategic acquisitions.
In 1986, the first Action Labor branch opened in Gainesville, Florida. Our goal from Day 1 was to provide reliable, convenient and safe temporary employees. By 1990, Action Labor had four additional branch offices in Florida and by 1995, had expanded out of the state. Action Labor has since grown from one to twelve branches in Florida and another in Columbia, South Carolina, with a reputation for providing these markets with top-notch labor and service. Last year, over 30,000 employees were placed on the job. Action Labor has enjoyed an annual sales growth rate of 20-25% over the last five years. We have been placed on the South Florida Business Journal’s Fast Track Forty Company list for three consecutive years, and look forward to continuing our operating success.
